Hi, we have there weeks in Costa Rica and I can’t make up my mind where to go.
We would love to see some highlights but we hate very touristic places. The Carabian coast ánd the Pacific (Nicoya penninsula) coast must be part of the initary and we also want to visit Osa penninsula.
Is there a logic loop you can advice??

Hi Annelies, With three weeks, you should definitely be able to see all of those places. A logical loop that would avoid touristy places might be to start on the Caribbean, then make your way back across the country through Turrialba, San Gerardo de Dota, San Isidro de El General, then cut over to the beach and visit the Costa Ballena before going to the OSA. From there, getting to the Nicoya peninsula (Montezuma or Mal Pais) would be a little far but you could break it up somewhere en route to the north. This of course is just one idea, hope it gives you some ideas.
