How Our Tour Booking Service Works

We have done tours all over Costa Rica ourselves and helped hundreds of others through our trip planning services (read reviews here). We know where to have the best experience and what tour company gives it, big or small. Let our travel agency help you organize some awesome experiences for your trip! Through our service we will help you sort through the options, fit things into your schedule, and be able to tell you which of your destinations is best for a certain activity. For this customized service, we charge a fee of $300. 

If you are interested in this service, please fill out the form below. We will then: 1) Review your request to make sure we can help; and 2) Send you an invoice through PayPal (or Stripe, a credit card processor) for our service fee. 

Once we receive your payment, we’ll send you our tour recommendations by email within 5 business days. Our recommendations will be sent in a personalized document. This will include a detailed description of the different tour options, cost, times offered, duration, and information on what is included. From there, we’ll answer any questions you may have and help develop a tour schedule that works with the amount of time you have in each destination.

Once we have your plans finalized, we’ll make the reservations with each tour operator and send you a single invoice through PayPal or Stripe. As we mentioned above, we don’t charge a markup so booking through us costs the same as going directly through the operators.

After you make the payment, we will send you a detailed confirmation document that you can bring with you. This will have all the information you need, including reservation numbers (if applicable), service provider contact information, what to bring/wear on the tour, and our company’s contact information in case you have any problems when you arrive. A few days before your trip, we also reconfirm with the operators to double check that everything is all set.

IMPORTANT: Please have your destinations finalized and hotels booked before contacting us.
