Why aren't you on TripAdvisor or Google Reviews?
As an online travel agency, we are not able to open accounts through TripAdvisor or Google. Our business model is to connect travelers with the best licensed operators throughout Costa Rica rather than operating the tours and shuttles ourselves. Our reviews reflect the travel services we arrange for customers and our trip-planning services in general.
Are you a licensed and insured travel agency?
Yes, Two Weeks in Costa Rica, Inc. is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel (Ref. No. ST41024), and we are fully insured for errors and omissions. We’ve been helping travelers since 2013. Visit our Travel Agency page for more information.
How do I know these reviews are real?
We use an independent third-party verification system (CusRev) to authenticate recent reviews. These are from real customers who have booked tours, shuttles, or used our travel planning services. We’ve also included genuine testimonials from our previous review system.
When do I pay and is it secure?
You won’t pay anything until your reservation is confirmed. All payments through our booking system are processed securely through Stripe, and we handle all credit card processing fees. There are no additional booking fees.
What if I need help during my trip?
We’re here to help! Your confirmation will include both our contact information and the tour operator’s details. You can email, call, or WhatsApp us if any issues arise (contact information is included in your order confirmation).

Driver was waiting for us outside of the airport where we expected him to be, even after our flight was delayed. Driver was friendly and super safe in getting us to our destination.
Matt and Jenn were extremely helpful with booking excursions and shuttles during our time visiting Costa Rica. We are a family of 5, and everything we scheduled through them was a great experience while being reliable and safe. We even had an issue with a shuttle that wasn’t scheduled through them, and they helped at the last minute in trying to secure a replacement shuttle. Customer service is above and beyond what is expected. Please do not hesitate to book anything they recommend. You won’t be disappointed!
This was a magical day! I hesitated booking this tour because I read so
many poor reviews about other tour companies, poor snorkeling, crowded, party boat, etc. That was definitely not the case with this tour! The crew were professional, efficient, helpful, and extremely kind! They went out of their way to help, especially with the snorkeling, helping to get in and out of the boat. The snorkeling was perfect! We had 2 stops, both times we were the only boat in that spot, even though we saw many crowded areas. The water was clear and we saw beautiful fish. There was plenty of food and drinks. The grilled chicken was so tasty and tender. We had the scallop and oyster ceviche ($10) from a local fisherman, some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I recommend this tour without hesitation.
Great service! Jenn goes above and beyond booking the tours and ensuring everything goes well. We had little ones that couldn’t make a tour we booked, and she made special arrangements to accommodate them. I totally trust her service.
