Why aren't you on TripAdvisor or Google Reviews?
As an online travel agency, we are not able to open accounts through TripAdvisor or Google. Our business model is to connect travelers with the best licensed operators throughout Costa Rica rather than operating the tours and shuttles ourselves. Our reviews reflect the travel services we arrange for customers and our trip-planning services in general.
Are you a licensed and insured travel agency?
Yes, Two Weeks in Costa Rica, Inc. is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel (Ref. No. ST41024), and we are fully insured for errors and omissions. We’ve been helping travelers since 2013. Visit our Travel Agency page for more information.
How do I know these reviews are real?
We use an independent third-party verification system (CusRev) to authenticate recent reviews. These are from real customers who have booked tours, shuttles, or used our travel planning services. We’ve also included genuine testimonials from our previous review system.
When do I pay and is it secure?
You won’t pay anything until your reservation is confirmed. All payments through our booking system are processed securely through Stripe, and we handle all credit card processing fees. There are no additional booking fees.
What if I need help during my trip?
We’re here to help! Your confirmation will include both our contact information and the tour operator’s details. You can email, call, or WhatsApp us if any issues arise (contact information is included in your order confirmation).

Truly amazing!!
We absolutely loved our visit to Ecotermales Hot Springs with lunch. We were a group of 6 women and the atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond!!
