What is the best route from Monteverde to Tamarindo. I shall be in Costa Rica March 2018 and have rented a 4WD vehicle.

Hi tarthur,
The best way is to take Route 606 to Route 1 to Route 21. On 21 you will pass the LIR airport and follow signs for Tamarindo. Take Route 155 from there and continue to follow the signs.
