Husband and I are looking for a relaxing get away in CR. Only have 5 days. Looking for great beach front, pool, tennis, cute town to walk around for good food. We really will only be sitting on the beach/pool all day, maybe a little tennis in there. Love food! Short travel time from airport, (1-1/12hrs). Any suggestions?

Hi Lori,
It sounds like Los Suenos Marriott Resort would be perfect for you. It’s only about 1 hour from the SJO airport. They have several good restaurants onsite and more in the nearby marina (10 minute walk). They also have really nice pools and tennis courts, golf course, etc. We stayed there recently and really enjoyed it. From there you could also explore nearby Jaco (15 minute drive) which has a lot of shops and more great restaurants or do a couple of fun adventure activities (zip line, ATV, etc).
