We are planning to travel from Sierpe (after visiting Drake Bay) to San Jose by shuttle. Can you recommend specific shuttle companies that are reliable, safe and affordable?
I love your travel site! I’ve used it extensively to plan our trip and have already recommended it to several friends with plans to visit Costa Rica.

Grayline offers a daily shared shuttle at 9:50 a.m from Sierpe to San Jose but it is $96 per person and can be a long ride if other people are getting dropped off/picked up along the way. If you have a group of 3 or more, it might make more sense to book a private shuttle van. I’m not sure of the exact rate but it would probably cost around $300.
