Hey! I have planned a trip to Drake Bay and I am leaving on Feb 1 to go to SJO to fly home. I have booked on Nature air but I cant go on that plane now that they had the crash this weekend. I am already leary and there is just no way I can make myself do it. I have 4 kids at home and elderly parents to take care of!!! Question- Can I take an early boat out of Drake and get a private transfer and make it to SJO??? My plane leaves at 3:35. Otherwise what is the last boat out of Sierpe? I will have to leave the night before.
Can you help me reserve a private transfer out of Sierpe?

Hi lclifton,
The early public boat from Drake Bay leaves at 7:30 am and takes about an hour to get to Sierpe. So you’d be getting on the road around 8:30 or 9, which really wont leave you enough time to get to the airport in San Jose 2 hours before your flight (it’s about a 5-6 hour ride depending on traffic). So that means the afternoon boat the day before would probably be best. That boat leaves at 2:30 pm so you could get picked up at around 3:30. We have a good shuttle contact for this trip and will email you the info. Hope we can help you out.
