Hello, love your 2 wks itinerary, my friend and i are driving around costa rica and the end spot will be finca bellavista tree house. Is la fortuna activites more hiking activies and manuel antonio more for adrenal activites like zip linning? is rappling and cloud forget in la fortuna area? now, is it possible for day 10-13 to head to the finca bellavista tree house instead of Drake Bay? and is it possible to drop off the rent a car at the Golfito airport even if we rented it from SJ Airport? we plan to go head back to SJ airport by flying? thanks for answering these questions. La Fortuna and Manuel Antonio both have plenty of hiking and adventure activities like rappelling, etc). One thing that La Fortuna has better options for are Hanging Brides. There isn’t true cloud forest in La Fortuna, for that you’d want to add Monteverde into your plans. Yes you could add Finca Bellavista to the end of the itinerary instead of Drake Bay. To return the rental car to Golfito, you will just have to pay an additional drop off fee. But yes, the rental car company can arrange it.
