Hallo
Thank you so much for all the tips – you are really helping me out a lot in planning my trip to Costa Rica. Going alone, I need to plan as much as I can in advance and your help is invaluable!
Would you have any tip on which area to stay around Manuel Antonio (first week Nosara and La Fortuna) and third week explore area around MA. I am looking for a place where I can attend some classes (e.g yoga ) or also register for excursions, day trip and go to the beach.
Many thanks again!

Hi Frix,
Staying somewhere right in Manuel Antonio would be nice and there are yoga classes available there. We have some hotel recommendations in our Manuel Antonio Trip Planning post. Yes, you could also consider the area south of Manuel Antonio called the Costa Ballena that includes the towns of Dominical and Uvita. Dominical is also a good spot for yoga. Check out our Costa Ballena post for some ideas there. That area is better to explore with a rental car though, since things are spread out. In Manuel Antonio things are closer and there is a local bus that runs frequently. Thanks for using our site to plan your trip!
