Hi Jenn and Matt, Your site has been great. I am in the early stages of planning a trip 3/22-3/30 and we land at LIR @ 1:41pm and wanted to drive straight to Monteverde. I am reading a lot of mixed reviews about what the conditions of the roads are and it seems like a lot of the negative reviews come from the SJO to Monteverde route. Seeing as we would likely be getting into Monteverde after dark (I think?), do you have any suggestions…do you think we should do it, stop off somewhere for the night…any advice would be awesome! ?
