Thanks for all the great info you provide. Wife and I are visiting CR for the first time in a few weeks. Plan on renting from adobe in SJO and heading north through La fortuna and making our way to Andaz in Papagayo. Thoughts on GPS vs. wifi. Thinking wifi will give us opportunity to let Waze guide us while also making calls through Viber, etc. Is wifi signal good on main roads? I.e. Will we have zones of no connectivity? thanks!

Hi Jesse,
You should have good coverage with the Wifi in those areas. There could be some isolated spots where the connection is slow but overall it should work well. Waze would probably be the way to go since it is very updated and used by the locals here. Please report back after your trip to let us know how it goes. Safe travels!
