Hi, has anyone used Easy Ride Costa Rica shuttle service before? There are very mixed reviews online so I’m looking for more opinions/experience of them! The routes I am looking to book are Arenal – Sierpe and Sierpe – San Jose, so my options are limited, but it’s a lot of money to pay up front without knowing the company. Does anyone know of any other companies offering these routes otherwise? Thanks in advance!

Yes, we have heard mixed reviews of them also and some hotels that we know have reported them not showing up for pick ups. Arenal to Sierpe isn’t a common route so you might have to do a private shuttle for that portion. Sierpe to San Jose, you could use Monkey Ride or Grayline, which have shared options. If you need help arranging these transfers, let us know.
