Hello. Your website has been helpful as we have planned a family trip for March 2017. My question is about car rental in Alajuela. We plan to rent from Adobe and take advantage of your discount. We are scheduled to arrive at 7:40 pm and are staying that evening at Hampton Inn right by the airport. Is it better to get the car late that evening or wait until the next morning? Will they deliver the car to our hotel? Also, we are scheduled to depart at 7:30 am and are staying the night before at the same hotel. Is it better to return the car the night before or early the morning we depart? Will they pick up the car from our hotel? Thank you!

Hi Stephanie,
If you don’t want to deal with the car right when you get in, Adobe will deliver it the next morning to your hotel (free if you use our discount). Sometimes depending on how busy they are, the timing of when they can come might not match up with your needs though. So if that’s the case, you could take the free Hampton Inn shuttle back to the airport and grab the free Adobe shuttle to their office. The hotel, airport, and rental office are all very close so a cab would be inexpensive also. On the way back, definitely return it the night before and use the shuttles to get back over to the Hampton Inn. Hope this helps!
