Hi Kelly, If you’d like to see beautiful beaches you could easily spend a week along the coast somewhere. One popular spot for that is Guanacaste. We have a couple of posts that might give you some guidance. The first one is about Tamarindo, which is typically very busy but has really great restaurants (you could stay someplace nearby that is quieter). The other one is about Playa Conchal, a little further to the north and much more tranquil. The Guanacaste area has a lot of other ones too, we even have a whole chapter about them in our new book so you could check that out as well.
