That looks like a good itinerary for 10 days. Trying to do anything on the Pacific side would probably be too much. It makes more sense to go to the Bocas since you’ll already be in Puerto Viejo. We really liked the Bocas when we went last year. If you’re looking for quiet, just make sure to avoid staying on the main island, Colon, because it can be on the loud side.
