Treetopia Tram Tour (Tree Tram)
Overview
The tram ride at Treetopia Park is a relaxing way to take in gorgeous views of the cloud forest.
What to Expect
The open gondola leaves directly from the Reception at Treetopia to the highest point of the property. As the tram slowly glides up the mountain, you’ll get to enjoy lovely views of the lush cloud forest. If it’s a clear day, you will be able to see Arenal Volcano in the distance.
A naturalist guide will join you, teaching you about the local flora and fauna.
Once at the top, you can take in the views or explore the short trail through the cloud forest.
The tram ride is about 1 mile (1.6 km) or 20 minutes each way.
Restrooms and a small cafe that serves basic food and drinks is available at the top as well.
Accessibility
This tour is fully accessible and can accommodate wheelchairs. They can make the tram come to a complete stop to let people on and off.

Duration: 1 hour (approximate)
Includes: Bilingual naturalist guide. Transportation is available for an additional $12 per person. *If you will have a rental car, we recommend meeting at Treetopia (no 4×4 required).
