Selvatura Hanging Bridges (Self-Guided)
Hanging bridges are a unique way to explore the cloud forest. Selvatura has 8 hanging bridges ranging from 180-515 feet (55-157 meters). The main focus of this self-guided walk is enjoying the amazing panoramic views of the cloud forest canopy from above.
Between the bridges, you’ll pass through lush cloud forest along a fairly flat, well-maintained trail.
The hike is about 2 miles (3 km) and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours going at a slower pace.
*In the cloud forest it can be difficult to spot birds and animals on your own. If you would like to see and learn more about the flora and fauna, we would recommend the Guided Hanging Bridges tour instead.
