Private Catamaran Tour with Panache Sailing – 40′ boat

This half-day private charter is a wonderful option for families or smaller groups (up to 10 people) looking for a private sailing experience in Guanacaste.

It sets sail from the marina in Playa Flamingo so is a great option if you’re visiting the Flamingo, Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Potrero, or Brasilito area.

The tour is both fun and relaxing, with beautiful views of the Guanacaste coastline. The boat takes you offshore approximately five miles to a cove surrounded by small islands and their exquisite beaches. Here, you can snorkel, kayak, or paddle board in the calm bay where you’re likely to see fish and other marine life.

The crew prepares a delicious meal of your choice (see menu options below). Water, soft drinks, and an open bar with cocktails, beer, and wine are also included.

The vibe is family-friendly and the crew is super fun. There’s also the chance of seeing dolphins, turtles, and even whales, depending on the season! When we did the tour in January, we were lucky enough to spot two humpback whales.

The catamaran is 40′ and fully equipped with an awning for shade and bathrooms on board.

When they stop for swimming/snorkeling, the crew puts out a “lily pad,” which is a big float for lounging in the water.
