Mistico Park: Self-Guided Hanging Bridges
Hanging bridges are a unique way to experience the rainforest canopy. The bridges at Mistico Park near La Fortuna/Arenal are some of the best in Costa Rica.
Mistico has a 2 mile (3.2 km) concrete path with 16 hanging bridges. It’s fairly easy, more of a walk than a hike, but is a nice trek through the jungle. The bridges are very safe/sturdy and not very shaky.

Cost of Entrance:
6:00 am-11:00 am: $32/adult; $21/child ages 11-18; $12/child ages 5-10. Rates plus 13% tax.
12:00 pm-3:45 pm: $28/adult; $18/child ages 11-18; $12/child ages 5-10. Rates plus 13% tax.
Free for children under 5.
Offered: 6:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Last entrance: 3:45 p.m.
Includes: Entrance for self-guided visit.
