Excellent staff, very heartfelt and extremely helpful. It was very easy to receive all kinds of help and assistance, made our holiday and trip from La Fortuna to Manuel Antonio safe and easy just as well as our return trip from MA to the airport. Our first room was very small but Donna arranged a large room for us for almost the rest of our stay. Isaac is also fantastic like the rest of the staff. Cleaning ladies awesome.
