Once we have booked a shuttle via you-your website, what is the cancellation policy?

Hi Robbert, 
The cancellation policy for our Shuttle Booking Service varies by what shuttle company is used (we use different companies based on the best prices for our readers, the routes and availability) but all of them are a 100% refund (minus a $20 administrative charge) if cancelled within 24 hours or 48 hours in advance. There is no refund if the booking is last minute (less than 24 or 48 hours, depending on the company used). A detailed cancellation policy will be on your invoice and you can review it before paying.
I believe that you are interested in the route from Sierpe to SJO based on your previous questions. That shuttle company is one of the ones with a 24 hour cancellation policy.
