Hi Susan, Funny you should ask that. We got to talking with a friend about his visit to Tortuguero, and he couldn’t say enough good things about doTERRA Terra Shield. It’s an essential oil blend and he said it totally protected him from mosquitoes and sand fleas when he was there. We’re still using some stuff we bought in Bocas del Toro that works okay, but after that we’ll probably try the Terra Shield.
