As a travel agency, we are able to get lower rates, which allows us to pass the savings onto you. When you book through our website, we make the reservation and payment on your behalf. Our main office is located in Costa Rica where we live. Our company and travel agency, Two Weeks in Costa Rica, Inc., is licensed in the State of Florida as a seller of travel (Fla. ST41024) and fully insured for errors and omissions. We started our travel agency in 2016. Learn more.
Are there any restrictions on these discounts?
No, these discounts are available to all our customers. There are no blackout dates. For a few tours in Costa Rica that have peak pricing (e.g., Sky Adventures), the dollar amount discount will come off the higher base price.
How does your booking process work?
When you request a booking through our website, we confirm the reservation with the tour company and send you an invoice. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay. All payments go through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
After you make the payment, you will receive a confirmation with the details for the tour, including the tour company name, reservation number (if applicable), pickup details if you are getting transportation, the tour company’s contact information, and our contact information in case of any problems on the day of your tour. We also reconfirm your reservation a few days before the tour date to make sure everything is all set.
