Hi Matt and Jenn, Love the blog! My wife and I have used it quite a bit to plan our trip to CR this December. We have a question about Grayline. We decided it is easiest for us to take the daily shuttle from the airport to our hotel in Manuel Antonio. We were running through the steps on the Grayline website but they don\’t have specific times for pickups. It either says San Jose-PM or San Jose-AM (likewise, it only says Manuel Antonio-AM or Manuel Antonio-PM). So how do we know what time the shuttle will pick us up? Do we have to call them when we arrive? I noticed that there were different options on the Grayline website (daily shuttle, airport shuttle, private transfer, car rentals). I was focusing on the daily shuttle option but should I be focusing on airport shuttle or private transfer instead? Any advice would help. Thanks!

I just looked at the Grayline site and that’s very strange that they changed their format and don’t give specific times now. Usually it varies by which hotel you select as the pick up/drop off location but is generally around a set time. I would recommend calling their customer service number if you’d like to stick with Grayline or using another company like Interbus, which lists the times.
