Can you supply me with any information regarding the Festival de Arte Ancestral Boruca that is being held in Dominical on November 26 and 27? I will be in Manual Antonio at that time and wondered if it would be worth taking a bus to attend it? I believe there is a frequent bus between Quepos and Dominical that only takes about 45 minutes?

Hi mschwik,
I believe this festival is in the Boruca territory, which is quite a bit south and then inland from Dominical. So it would be very difficult and time consuming to get there by bus from Manuel Antonio. If you wanted to drive, you could rent a 4×4 (part of the way is dirt) from Manuel Antonio and it would probably be about 2.5 hours. If you do that you should use our rental car discount and pick up the car in Quepos.
